2cBread crumbs,soft
2tsSalt
1/2tsBlack pepper
1/2cOnion,minced
2cPotatoes,mashed,instant
1cEvaporated milk
2 Eggs
2tsMustard,dry
1/2tsThyme
4ozAmerican cheese,cubed
1tbButter

1. Combine beef with evaporated milk, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, dry mustard, pepper, thyme, onion and cheese cubes. 2. Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch pie plate. 3. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 50 minutes. 4. Remove from oven; increase heat to 450'F. 5. Prepare potatoes according to package directions. 6. Pipe potatoes through a pastry tube in a lattice design on top of meat; dot with butter. 7. Return to oven; bake 10 minutes longer.
